D.C.OOK NAMES VP OF TRADE PUBLISHING

David C Cook is pleased to announce that Don Pape has accepted the position of Vice President of Trade Publishing at Cook. Pape will serve directly under Dan Rich, who is the newly promoted Chief Publishing Officer.
