OC Christian Writers Conference Announces 2nd Annual WestBow Writing Contest--$4,200 in publishing packages will be awarded
OC Christian Writers Fellowship will hold its 27th annual Christian Writers Conference at Mariners Church, April 29 and 30, 2011. Keynote speakers Simon Tolkien, grandson of J.R.R. Tolkien, and Loyola Press Editor Vinita Wright spearhead a diverse panel of publishers, editors, literary agents, novelists, bloggers, screenwriters, columnists, and freelance editors. The conference features 27 workshops, and allows attendees up to two individual consultations with a faculty member of your choice.
Once again the WestBow Writers contest will award one fortunate writer will win a Bookstore Advantage Publishing Package valued at $2,799 and 2nd place will win a package valued at $1,399. All entries will be judged for quality, and the award will be announced after lunch before the entire conference. Contest is open to all paid attendees. No entrance fee required.
