Guild owner and New York Times bestselling author Jerry B. Jenkins will appear on Family Talk with Dr. James Dobson, Monday and Tuesday, June 20 and 21.
Jerry will talk with Dr. Dobson about the importance of protecting your marriage by planting hedges around it.
"Hedges are practical ways to avoid compromising situations and giving temptation a foothold," Jenkins says. "Too often, temptation slips in undetected and, in a dizzying whirl of deception and betrayal, causes a marriage to crumble."
In Jerry's book, Hedges: Loving Your Marriage Enough to Protect It, he shares candidly about his own marriage and the steps he and his wife take to protect it.
Family Talk reaches out to the younger generation with the Judeo-Christian worldview of the family. The ministry's goal is "to help preserve and promote the institution of the family and the biblical principles on which it is based" by focusing on issues related to "marriage, parenthood, evangelism, and ... righteousness in the culture."
