CHRISTY AWARDS CALLS FOR ENTRIES

December 12, 2007 is the deadline for entries in the annual Christy Awards. These awards, given in 9 different categories, honor books of Christian fiction. The award was established in 1999 and named after the well-known book written by Catherine Marshall and honoring her contribution to Christian fiction. Winners are announced prior to the International Christian Retail Show (this year July 12, 2008 in Orlando FL). Nominations are made by the publishers.
