COPYRIGHT & PUBLISHING LAW ATTORNEY

From time-to-time authors find themselves in a situation where they need legal advice--usually over a copyright issue or conflict with a publisher over provisions in their book contract. In such instances, it is important to consult with an attorney that specializes in publishing law, rather than a regular attorney. One such attorney I can personally recommend is Sallie G. Randolph, 520 Franklin St., Buffalo NY 14202; 716-885-1847; sallie@authorlaw.com; www.authorlaw.com. Sallie is available to consult with you or your regular attorney about publishing law issues. She is also available to speak or teach at conferences. Earlier I highlighted her book, Author Law A to Z, which is available on my Website.
