I was taken aback at a 2010 Christmas card whose verse, attributed to Brittany Waggoner, said "the shepherds would leave their flocks to follow a star to a tiny manger.."
Does anyone in your editorial dept. know the real Christmas story from Matthew and Luke? The shepherds followed the direction of angels; only the Magi followed "the star" and they went to "the house where the young child was." The card # was 05616.
