SEARCHING FOR A BOOK?

Go to: www.worldcat.org and type in the title of your book or a book you are trying to find. Then you can type in a state or a country, or any location to find out which libraries are carrying your book or the book you are trying to locate.

I can access this website through my library's website and make interlibrary loan requests directly. I also worked with the WorldCat staff to figure out how to access a record of my requests. I don't know what I'd do without it!

Keep in mind that not all libraries subscribe to WorldCat. WorldCat is a subscription service-libraries must pay a fee in order to subscribe to it. Therefore your books may be in more libraries than indicated in WorldCat. Otherwise, it's a terrific resource!
